We have a Variety of Types and Sizes to choose from.

• Advantage has a plethora of sizes from our smallest, 5' x 5'(25 Sq.Ft.) up to our largest 12' x 30' (360 Sq. Ft). We have both regular storage units and for those goods that cannot be exposed to temperatures over 85 degrees F or under 55 degrees F, we have insulated, climate controlled storage units that are heated in the winter and cooled in the summer.

• Need to park your RV, boat, motor home, trailer, bus, tractor or other such type of "Wheels"? We have secure, fenced, electric gate access spaces with 24 hour video recording, surveillance cameras; the entire facility is lit up at night.

• Advantage even has 4' x 8' signs for you to advertise your business!

We are Convenient and Accessible.

• Located on State Highway 198 at Frazier Lane (see location map), it is easy to get to us especially if you are living near or going to Cedar Creek Lake through Mabank, Eustace, Malakoff, Payne Springs, Gun Barrel City or any of the towns or villages around the lake.

• Office hours are 9:30 am to 5 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and from 9:30 am to 3 pm on Tuesday and Saturday and during these times our knowledgeable and experienced customer service staff are there to facilitate your needs.

• You can drive your car right up to all of our non-climate controlled storage units on reinforced concrete for easy access.

• For excessively long trailers, we have a special access gate that can be opened during office hours.

• Need boxes and packing supplies? We stock them right on site!
